If you ride a motorcycle and care what is accumulating inside your helmet liner, you can be a GlowMer. If you train at a gym and know that athlete’s foot spreads through shared changing rooms, you can be a GlowMer. If you work in a hospital, a hotel, or a corporate office and think about what your personal items carry between spaces, you can be a GlowMer. Frequently Asked Questions
Is the GlowMer Free tier actually free, with no hidden charges?
Yes. GlowMer Free costs nothing to join and carries no obligation to upgrade. You get a GlowMe account, access to your kiosk session history, and GlowMe communications including product launches and community events. Upgrading to Premium or Business is your choice, whenever it makes sense for how you use GlowMe.
What is the difference between GlowMer Premium and GlowMer Business?
Premium is designed for regular individual users: riders, gym members, and professionals who use kiosks and PureLine ready-to-apply products frequently. Business is designed for commercial operators: kiosk owners, franchise partners, fleet managers, and facility managers who run GlowMe as part of their commercial infrastructure. Business members receive priority servicing and dedicated account support that Premium does not include.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Premium or Business at any point, and downgrade if your usage level changes. Tier changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Contact the GlowMe team if you need to discuss what tier suits your current level of use.
How does priority servicing work for GlowMer Business members?
GlowMer Business members move to the front of GlowMe’s service queue for scheduled maintenance, parts replacement, and unplanned fault callouts. When you raise a service request as a Business member, it is flagged as priority and the service team dispatches accordingly. Response windows are confirmed as part of your Business membership agreement.
How do partner network benefits work and where can I use them?
GlowMe has negotiated benefits with partner businesses across petrol stations, fitness facilities, hospitality venues, and mobility services. As a GlowMer, your membership gives you access to these discounts and offers at participating partner locations. The full list of current partners and their specific offers is available in your GlowMer account dashboard.
Does GlowMer membership cover multiple kiosks at different locations?
Yes. GlowMer Business membership covers your full kiosk network regardless of how many sites it spans. Your account can track session data, machine-use liquid usage, and service history across deployed units. Franchise and exclusive franchise partners receive membership benefits that align with their partnership agreement.
Are PureLine products and machine-use formulated liquids the same?
No. PureLine products are ready-to-apply products for direct surface use. Formulated MSDS-approved disinfectant liquids are used inside GlowMe machines only. The machine-use liquid variants include AquaMist, EucaMist, Marine Mist, and Anti-allergy Mist.
Why does the Become a GlowMer form ask for an Instagram ID?
The Instagram ID helps GlowMe manage community communication, event invitations, partner campaigns, and member engagement across social channels. It also helps identify members who join through events, rider communities, or partner locations.
